I could charge by the square foot for pull outs & installation, various prep work to install wood floors, tile, etc.. I could charge .50sq to remove carpet, $2sq buffing, $1sq sanding, $45hr for hardwood floor repair, & the list goes on, but the charges are:

$25hr labor one person, $40hr two workers
